Clonal variation, marked by a diverse TCR Vβ repertoire, enables T cells to recognize a wide array of epitopes including those from tumors. Selective expansion of tumor reactive clones has been reported to correlate with clinical responses. It is unclear whether certain media conditions favor the outgrowth of specific clonotypes. Therefore, we profiled TCR Vβ repertoires using flow cytometry to assess population clonality for each condition.
Conclusion:
Overall the Vβ spectratyping revealed that TCR diversity is largely maintained across all conditions (Supplemental Figure 1, B and C).dd
