<p>This tutorial guides users through the process of loading and tracking bones, saving and verifying tracking results using Autoscoper, and animating/visualizing tracked bones with MATLAB. It provides step-by-step instructions for tracking foot, knee, and shoulder datasets, including required file paths, software installation steps, and troubleshooting tips.</p> <p>The deposited data includes BVR images, partial volumes, and surface files from CT scans, calibration files, filter settings, bone transforms, reference tracking files, and configuration files for each trial. It also contains a ReadMe with information about this data, a folder structure to follow, and tutorial instructions.</p> <p>The GitHub repository listed under Related Material provides all required MATLAB scripts, WristVisualizer (Brown University) download files, and tutorial documentation.
