测定了鱲等多个长江水系鱼类的线粒体基因组，并联合从NCBI中下载到的已有的线粒体基因组数据，分析其序列AT含量，并绘制成小提琴图用于结果展示。该结果包含了13个蛋白质编码基因，tRNA，rRNA以及控制区。
Mitochondrial genomes (mitogenomes) of multiple Yangtze River basin fish species including Zacco were determined. Combined with existing mitogenome data downloaded from the NCBI database, we analyzed the AT content of their sequences and generated violin plots for result visualization. Each analyzed mitogenome contains 13 protein-coding genes, transfer RNAs (tRNAs), ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and the control region.
