The impact of pig manure microbial solution on the intestinal health of piglets

A continuous fermentation system was used to prepare fecal bacterial solutions from adult pigs and piglets, and their characteristics were evaluated. Through a 28-day feeding trial, 18 weaned piglets were randomly divided into the control group, the group receiving fecal bacteria transplantation from adult pigs, and the group receiving fecal bacteria transplantation from piglets. The growth performance and diarrhea incidence of the piglets were systematically recorded. The intestinal bacterial community structure was analyzed using 16S rDNA gene sequencing, and the contents of short-chain fatty acids in feces and the immune indicators and inflammatory factors in serum were determined.
