FaWRKY29-cr Amplicon Sequencing

This project features short-read amplicon sequencing data generated via the AmpliconEZ service from Genewiz. The amplicons were specifically designed to cover the genomic region between two sgRNA target sites used for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing of the FaWRKY29 gene in Fragaria x ananassa variety 'BrillianceTM' (FL 13.26-134). These data enable detailed analysis of editing outcomes within the target region and provide a valuable resource for studying CRISPR/Cas9-induced sequence variation.
