Different rice seedling-raising substrates were prepared by mixing fully fermented compost products and yellow clay at various ratios. This study aimed to investigate the strong seedling index of rice seedlings under different substrate-based seedling treatments and explore the appropriate mixing ratio of rice seedling-raising substrates. Data were collected as follows: the dry weight of underground parts was denoted as a, the dry weight of aboveground parts as b, stem base width as c, plant height as d, whole-plant biomass as e, and the strong seedling index as f.
