This Species Impact Statement (SIS), for the proposed realignment of the Oxley Highway, Port Macquarie, examines the impacts of the proposed activity upon threatrned flora and fauna species as listed in the Director-General's requirements and in accordance with Sections 109 and 110 of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 (TSA Act).
