BPTF is essential for vaccine-induced germinal center B cell responses

The .h5ad file deposited here contains the processed, human, scRNA-seq data underlying Supplemental Figure 1A of Sturtz et al., JI, 2026. Most of the samples in this data were previously reported in Kim & Zhou et al., Nature, 2022 (BioProject PRJNA777934; Zenodo page). The sixteen additional samples included here were IgDlo B cells sorted from blood collected at d110 and d201 from participants 368-01a, 368-04, 368-13, and 368-22 (two samples per timepoint per participant). Of these 16 samples, six were previously reported in Alsoussi & Malladi et al., Nature, 2023 (BioProject PRJNA800176; Zenodo page): d201 from 368-01a, 368-04, and 368-22. Cells used for visualization in Supplemental Figure 1A were subset to those found in SARS-CoV-2 spike+ B cell clones via the `s_pos_clone` column.
