Streptomyces sp. ASNE1 Whole Genome Sequencing Plant Growth-Promoting Traits in Desert Plants (PRJCA039377)

This study isolated Streptomyces sp. from the roots of Elymus nutans in the Siziwang Banner region of Inner Mongolia, China. Laboratory inoculation experiments demonstrated its significant growth-promoting effects on Elymus nutans. Whole-genome sequencing was subsequently performed to explore potential plant growth-promoting functional genes in its genome, including those associated with carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling, phytohormone production, and antioxidant activity. The research aims to elucidate the microbial mechanisms underlying its plant growth promotion effects.
