The combination treatment using STING and LTbR agonists improves the immune landscape in KPC tumor model. We used single-cell RNA sequence (scRNAseq) analysis to investigate the characteristics of Cd45 positive cells after treating the tumor. Subcutaneous syngeneic KPC tumor of C57BL/6 mice was harvested. The tumor was dissociated into single cells, and Cd45-positive cells were sorted by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). We analyzed the immune landscape using scRNAseq. Please note that two independent sRNAseq experiements were carried out (in 2023 and 2024, accessioned as GSE275840 and current record). Although treatment strategy is same, the mice cohort and 10X kit version is different (v2 or v3).
