This work was designed to explore the interactive effects of nitrogen deposition elevation and precipitation change on the emission of nitrous oxide (N2O) and the underlying regulation roles of soil nitrifying and denitrifying functional microbes.Four experimental treatments were set at the site: N addition, seasonal precipitation distribution change, interaction of N addition and precipitation change and control.<br>There are three aspects of the data: N2O emission fluxes, soil properties, and abundance of nitrifying functional genes (AOA amoA, AOB amoA, nxrB) and denitrifying functional genes (nirK, nosZ).
