Raw correlative Airyscan fluorescence and FIB-SEM dataset for filopodia-mediated trans-endocytosis

This dataset contains raw correlative light and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy (CLEM/FIB-SEM) data used to analyse MYO10-positive structures in DCIS.com cell monolayers. Data are provided for two independent fields of view (FOV1 and FOV2). For each field of view, the deposit includes the corresponding Airyscan fluorescence microscopy data and FIB-SEM volume, enabling direct inspection of the fluorescence–electron microscopy correspondence. The fluorescence data include the original microscopy files. The FIB-SEM data are provided as volumetric TIFF datasets, including the available acquisition/resampling resolutions.
