Compound CPUL1 is one of the phenazine analogues. Phenazines is one nitrogen-containing hetercyclic compound that is natural or synthetized, possessing many pharmacological benefits, including antimalarial, anticancer, and antiplatelet activities. In our previous work, we confirmed that CPUL1 have as anti-HCC activities by targeting thioredoxin reductase I (TrxR1).CPUL1 might be acting as dual topoisomerase I and II inhibitors and apoptosis activator. However, the molecular mechanism of CPUL1 on HCC is still severely lagging. We investigated the transcriptome profiles of CPUL1 on BEL-7402 cell lines for 0h, 6h, and 48h.
