The high-throughput pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA amplicons was carried out to explore the microbial community composition of the control reactor (RC) and bio-augmentation reactor (RS);The bacterial 16S rRNA gene targeting the hypervariable V1-V2 region was amplified by PCR via the primer pair 338f and 518r ; (3) The amplified products were purified using the E.Z.N.A.TM Cycle-pure kit (Omega Bio-Tek Inc., USA) according to the instructions; (4) the purified products were sequencing using the Illumina sequencing platform (Miseq, Illumina Inc., USA).
