Data about lignocelulosic materials hydrolysis and chromatograms derived from enzymatic hydrolysis

In this work fungal isolates were evaluated for their ability to produce enzyme cocktails able to hydrolyze plant lignocellulose. Two strains were selected from this screening and an enzyme concentrate from the strain Brevibacillus thermoruber was also used, since it was showed a synergistic action of these 3 microbial enzymes on sugarcane and agave bagasse.
