RNA-seq analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana roots colonized by a root fungal endophyte and a bacterium under nitrogen-limiting conditions.

We performed RNA-seq analysis on Arabidopsis thaliana roots inoculated with the root endophyte Colletotrichum tofieldiae (Ct) and a bacterium enriched in Ct-associated roots under nitrogen-limiting conditions. In addition, we prepared samples of A. thaliana roots co-inoculated with both Ct and the bacterium.
