This study conducts transcriptome sequencing on cucumber shoot apices, aiming to explore the expression patterns of genes related to growth and development, analyze the molecular regulatory mechanisms of cucumber shoot apex growth and development, and provide a theoretical basis for cucumber genetic improvement and the cultivation of high-yield and high-quality varieties.
