Genome-wide total genetic contribution assessment (TGCA) for five domains of UK Biobank traits

The dataset contains five genome-wide summary statistics for the total genetic contribution assessment (TGCA) of genome-wide genetic variants, based on GWAS results for five domains of UK Biobank phenotypes. A TGCA mixture model was fitted for each variant, and the dataset contains each parameter estimate, including the TGCA Theta parameter, with their standard errors.
