XYPI, an andrographolide derivative, had similar anti-inflammatory activity to Glucocorticoids (GCs) and Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), and GCs and NSAIDs have completely different MoA. Transcriptome analysis based on RNA-seq was performed to detect the gene expression profile of LPS-activated macrophages after XYPI treatment, and ketoprofen and prednisolone were used as positive controls.
