Supplementart data and code for article: "Time to publish etically: DAFNEE, a database of academia-friendly journals in ecology and evolutionary biology."

This archive contains the data file and scripts neecssary to generate the figures in the article, and a README informing on the content of the data file. In this study we advertise DAFNEE, a database of academia-friendly eco-evo journals, and compare DAFNEE vs non-DAFNEE journals based on descriptors inclusing number or published articles, prevalence of special issues, waiting time from submission to decision, citation rate, citation inflation rate, and article processing charges.
