Difference in mean θ, G’st, MI and D values between the final migration step and 2 generations following cessation of migration for 200 runs under each set of simulation conditions based on full census of individuals and loci.

We provide results for two generations because this was the point at which there was a significant difference from the last time step with migration. All differences were significant at P0.05.
