ATOSenseData: Train Driver Performance Measurements in Simulator from the ATO-Sense Project

ATOSenseData is a dataset of human train driver performance measurements in a simulator. The dataset was generated as part of the DZSF-funded project titled ATO-Sense: Functional Requirements of the Sensors and Logic of an ATO Unit (concluding report available on the DZSF website). The project consortium consisted of BBI (TU Berlin), DLR Braunschweig, Siemens Mobility and DB Systemtechnik. The fundamental task for the train drivers was to detect visual stimuli on railway tracks (using two different simulation environments). It contains a total of 287 recorded human decisions from 18 train drivers in the BBI study and 424 recorded human decisions from 25 train drivers in the DLR study. In addition to the processed data, the dataset also contains raw data of the measurements performed using both simulation environments.
