对辖区内制造业龙头企业及“专精特新”企业，组织开展专项走访工作，系统记录企业研发机构建设现状、核心技术储备情况及产学研合作进展等信息，将符合条件的企业纳入创新平台后备培育库，据此梳理形成专项成果文件。

For leading manufacturing enterprises and "Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative" (SRDI) enterprises under the jurisdiction, conduct special on-site visits, systematically document information including the current status of enterprise R&D institution construction, core technology reserves, and progress of industry-university-research cooperation, include eligible enterprises into the reserve cultivation pool for innovation platforms, and compile special achievement documents based on the collected relevant information.
