Real estate developer investment into commercial property in China 2013-2023

In 2023, the investments into commercial buildings by real estate developers amounted to over 0.8 billion yuan, a slight decrease to the previous year. Meanwhile, the investments into residential buildings had also decreased, dropping to less than nine billion yuan.
