Engineering career self-efficacy model

The statistical analysis was performed by Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). A factor analysis, as well as a reliability and validity test, were performed to determine the significance and accountability of scale items in contributing to the constructs reflecting respective career segments of CSE occurring at career entrance, career progression, and career exit. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was performed to confirm the conceptual interventions and mediating relationships in between the career segments. The multi-group comparison was performed through SEM to identify the moderator effect of personal traits on the career segment interventions.
