Nanomaterial signatures program biomolecular condensates via triphasic separation for chemoplasticity remodeling

This study reveals that nanomaterials can induce the formation of stress granules (NSGs) via phase separation, highlighting the crucial role of their surface chemistry. It demonstrates the potential of NSGs in modulating cellular responses to chemotherapeutics, offering new perspectives for reducing toxicity and enhancing treatment sensitivity in both normal and cancerous tissues.
