HTAN-TNP-SARDANA

DICOM converted cyclic immunofluorescence (CyCIF) and H&E whole slide images of a single formalin- fixed paraffin-embedded colorectal cancer specimen from the Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN) SARDANA Trans-Network Project (TNP). The dataset comprises one H&E section and one adjacent CyCIF section imaged with ~20 markers targeting immune, epithelial, and stromal cell populations.
