Aging is a major contributor to male reproductive decline, often accompanied by impaired semen quality, testicular degeneration, and disruption of the blood-testis barrier (BTB). While the gut microbiota is increasingly recognized as a regulator of systemic aging, its role in male reproductive function and BTB integrity remains largely unexplored. Here, we identify a gut-bile acid-testis signaling axis through which dietary chlorogenic acid (CGA) supplementation mitigates reproductive aging.
