A study on HUVECs under negative pressure. Homo sapiens

Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is effective and convenient way to treat acute and chronic wound. Angiogenesis is essential factor for wound healing, so we research relation between negative pressure and angiogenesis with HUVECs. We examined effect of negative pressure on the HUVECs proliferation, followed by analysis of gene expression by RNA sequence.Total RNA was isolated from HUVECs cultured under normal and negative pressure for 48h, using a Maxwell ®RSC simplyRNA Cells (Promega Co. Madison, WI). Library construction and sequencing were performed by Macrogen (Tokyo, Japan).
