Reproducibility bundle for: 'Acute-on-chronic liver failure treatment trials cannot yet be pooled' (ACLF trilogy, Paper 1)

Analysis code and derived public-registry data underlying the endpoint census, the resolution-definition audit, and the plasma-exchange meta-analysis discordance (corrected-covered-area) analysis reported in Paper 1 of a three-part meta-research programme on why the acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) non-transplant-therapy evidence base cannot yet be pooled. Includes the ClinicalTrials.gov and WHO ICTRP census scripts, the shared outcome classifier (corrected v2), census results, the resolution/surrogacy audit, the CCA computation, the phase-stratified census, and the blinded second-coder reliability files. All inputs are public. Files are under restricted access during peer review; access will be granted to editors and reviewers on request, and the record will be opened on publication.
