Dataset to https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.08.08.607162v1.abstract<br>R-code_ResponseDiversity.R - R code used in RStudio to calculate response dissimilarity, response diversity, beta diversity, and all other necessary statistics and results and figures<br>EXClAvE_ManualPlantData_20to22.csv - contains yearly collected data on plant species identity and abundance per subplot in the common garden<br>EXClAvE_2020to22_PEdata.csv - contains community features from digital whole-community phenotyping of common garden subplots, sorted by scan rounds (event where all plots of the common garden were scanned in 1-5 subsequent days; repeated scan rounds were performed every year)<br>CGmetadata.csv - contains meta data on the common garden subplots, including information about the position of the plant communities within the common garden and on the experimental land-use treatments and the resulting land-use index<br>LUI_mean2006_2019_NEW - contains values of land-use intensity for all 150 grassland plots of the Biodiversity Exploratories, calculated with the publically available LUI calculation tool on BExIS (https://www.bexis.uni-jena.de/lui/LUICalculation/index)<br>
