CUT&Tag experiments were used to analyze DNA-binding of MYC protein in the vector or POH1-Flag expressed mouse pancreatic cancer cells. The Pan02 cells stably expressing POH1-Flag were constructed. The CUT&Tag assays were performed using anti-Flag antibody and anti-MYC antibody.
