资源简介:
Dicyandiamide (DCD) and 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (DMPP) have been suggested as effective nitrification inhibitors (NIs), with potential for retarding nitrification rate and diminishing N2O emissions in agricultural soils. However, the ecological response patterns of soil microbiota that govern the varying effects of DCD and DMPP in different arable soils are only partly understood. Here, we assessed abundance of N-cycling functional guilds, soil microbiota assembly characteristics and co-occurrence networks in response to DCD and DMPP addition in two typically different arable soils.
