Whole-genome sequencing of the homozygous (REP-GM) mouse line with the endogenous Csn1s1 ORF (NM_007784.3) replacement wth the human GMCSF ORF (NM_000758.4). Mixed 129Sv/C57BL/6J background. Modification was produced in embryonic stem cells with CRISPR/Cas9. Coordinates of the Csn1s1 deleted region: Chr5:87815105-87828822 (exones 2-32). Designed to study mammary-gland specific expression of the human GMCSF.
