Rapid identification of Kiwifruit virus disease. Actinidia chlorotic ringspot-associated virus

This study clarified the main viruses in Sichuan Province and their occurrence, population genetic evolution and the structure prediction of AcCRaV RNA andprotein, which can provide a basis for the virulence evolution of kiwifruit virus andthe prediction of new viruses, and the genetic structure of kiwifruit virus diseasepopulation and its dynamic evolution mechanism is of great significance to themonitoring and prevention of plant viruses.
