To investigate the antiparasitic mechanism of magnolol, we performed RNA-seq analysis to probe the significantly regulated genes after treatemnt by magnolol. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 13 independent parasite samples collected form various treatment goups. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for I. multifiliis without and with magnolol treatment (Control:C1-C4,Treatemnt:T1-T3, T4-T6, T7-T9).
