ViruScopeDB: Curated primer dataset for Ebolavirus

This dataset contains curated and computationally generated primers for Ebolavirus genomes. The dataset was developed as part of the Master’s thesis project "ViruScopeDB: a comprehensive multi-omics software and database for highly infectious viruses". It integrates oligonucleotide sequences mined from literature (AROLit primers) and in silico generated ones (iSOP primers), validated against a viral genomic alignment. Also included are primer pair suggestions based on a custom scoring model. Data is provided in CSV format with annotations on primer sequence, target region, conservation, and thermodynamic properties.
