Bacillus sp. HB022 Genome sequencing

This BioProject encompasses the complete genome sequencing and assembly of Bacillus sp. HB022. This strain exhibits the potential to degrade aflatoxin, making it highly relevant for agricultural and environmental biotechnology. The whole genome was sequenced using Oxford Nanopore technology to obtain a high-quality complete chromosome. The genomic data will facilitate the mining of functional genes involved in toxin degradation and provide insights into its underlying molecular mechanisms.
