Genomic assembly of Pinna nobilis using long reads

This dataset contains the improved genomic assembly of the fan mussel (Pinna nobilis) generated using Nanopore long reads. The objective is to identify the genomic bases of its vulnerability to pathogens to support the conservation of this critically endangered species. It includes the raw data files (/data_raw), the final decontaminated assembly (/data_clean), the bioinformatic scripts utilized, and full technical documentation under FAIR standards.
