Exploration of the somatic mutational landscape of naked mole rats. The study utilizes colonies grown from haematopoietic cells which will be sequenced via WGS-LCMB. Naked-mole rats demonstrate a plethora of novel characteristics such as unexpected longevity and scarce cancer incidence which makes them the focus of this study.
