Poor exitance of antitumor lymphocytes adversely coincides with the progression and therapeutic efficacy of colorectal cancer (CRC). Most CRC patients with microsatellites instability state are resistant to immune checkpoints inhibitors (ICIs) due to the limited infiltration of CD8+ cytotoxic lymphocytes (CTLs). Therefore, increasing the recruitment of CD8+ CTLs in tumor sites is the unmet clinical need to sensitize CRC patients to ICIs therapy. We aim to identify the regulatory mechanisms involved in CD8+ CTLs infiltration.
