资源简介:
The data provided here are the data generated during my thesis project. The aim of the thesis was to develop a novel nanotechnology-based vaccine delivery system for enhanced immune responses. Building on the previous work in this field, the use of liposomes and a B-class TLR9 agonist CpGODN, were investigated for the development of a nanotechnology-based vaccine delivery system using GBS67- Group B Streptococcus pilus protein as model antigen. These specific adjuvants have been selected for this experimental test based on previous investigations which proved the effective use of them for the enhancement of immune responses.
