Black bass species in North America Raw sequence reads

Basin Wide Planning for Bartram's Bass and the Altamaha Bass. Introduction of non-native black bass species to the southeastern United States has resulted in wide-spread introgression between non-native bass species and undescribed native species. RadSeq was used to discover non-introgressed individuals for inclusion in the type series for two new species of black bass in the genus Micropterus.
