路口车流量统计数据

统计某天某个路口往来车辆车流量，统计出前三拥堵车流量，用于交通综合管理从datahub解析到mec数据，通过脚本将格式化数据解析成各类字段（time_stamp，objecttype，fusdevid，lat，lon，speed，platenum等）。
fusdevid代表路口和mec共有标识，platenum 代表车牌号码（数据已脱敏）, 对time_stamp进行数据加工格式处理成某天（比如2023-10-25 11:15:53去除小时分钟秒，保留日期为2023-10-25）， 以某天的fusdevid，对platenum 数据进行去重分类加总求和，
将求和计算排序，获取前三，作为流量排名，并且对前一，前二流量数据进行加总平均

This dataset is intended for comprehensive traffic management, which counts the vehicle traffic flow at a specific intersection on a given day and identifies the top three congested traffic volumes. Data is first parsed from DataHub to MEC (Multi-Access Edge Computing) data, then formatted into multiple fields including time_stamp, objecttype, fusdevid, lat, lon, speed, platenum via scripts. Here, fusdevid represents the common identifier shared by the intersection and MEC, while platenum refers to license plate numbers, and all related data has been desensitized. Subsequently, the time_stamp field is processed to retain only the date portion, e.g., converting "2023-10-25 11:15:53" to "2023-10-25" by removing hours, minutes and seconds. For each day, the dataset is grouped by fusdevid, followed by deduplication and summation of platenum records within each group. The summed results are then sorted to obtain the top three traffic volumes as the traffic ranking, and the average of the first and second highest traffic volumes is calculated.
