Gene expression profiling of Drosophila melangoaster Myb mutant wing discs of 3rd instar larvae. [NimbleGenGeneExpression-12plex]

Study of genome-wide differential gene expression of Drosophila Melanogaster Myb mutant wing discs of 3rd instar larvae compared to control animals. Wing discs were dissected from Myb mutant and control 3rd instar larvae. Total RNA was isolated and converted to cDNA for array hybridization. Each genotype was represented with three biological replicates, each with four technical replicates (one biological replicate of wild type animals had three technical replicates instead of four).
