Sports location distribution of children and youths in Finland in 2018, by frequency

This statistic shows the results of a survey regarding the location of sporting activities of children and youths in Finland in 2018. According to the survey, 44 percent of the respondents did sports daily by themselves. The corresponding figure for respondents playing sports with their parent or other guardian was five percent. 67 percent of respondents never played sports in a school-organized sports club, and 13 percent did not currently participate in any kind of sporting activity.
