Gene changes over aging in the C.elegans rrf-3(pk1426) mutant. Caenorhabditis elegans

The goal of this experiment is to asses quantative changes to gene expression over aging in worms grown in liquid culuture. Using this method allows us to generate more tightly synchornised worm poplulations with larger sample sizes for each time point analysed Overall design: C.elegans rrf-3(pk1436) mutant worms were grown in liquid culture and harvested for RNAsequencing at the following ages, day 3, day 6, day 9, day 12, and day 15. RNA libraries were sequenced on a HiSeq2500 with a read length of 51 bp single read.
