Swiss-prot entry is of the Gag-pol polyprotein, comprising not only the reverse transcriptase sequence. it is for a particular isolate of HIV, but not implied to be the one infecting the patients in this study. Peptide-MHC tetramer staining is demonstrated in the case of a epitope-specific T cell clone (Clone 20). This is seen to correlate with pepitde -specific CTL activity by this clone.
