Determination of short-chain fatty acid content in fecal samples of osteoarthritis rats before and after PRP intervention

This dataset provides quantitative measurements of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in fecal samples collected from a rat model of osteoarthritis (OA) before and after intervention with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). SCFAs analyzed include acetate, propionate, butyrate, and valerate, which are key metabolites derived from gut microbial fermentation and may play roles in systemic inflammation and joint health.
