(1) Extract and purify proteins from oxitinib-sensitive and resistant H1975 cell lines, screen for proteins exhibiting differences in stability using different denaturation conditions, and digest and digest them using proteases to obtain enzymatic products. (2) The enriched proteins were quantitatively analysed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to screen for specific resistance targets.
